Indian Engineer Builds Humanoid Robot to Help Customers at Banks and Airports
Made-in-India humanoid robots would make life less difficult at banks, airports and other public places. The robots can speak in 15 languages.
Vijay, a Coimbatore-based software engineer, has developed humanoid robots that would answer all your queries and clear your doubts. These robots would be installed in banks, airports and other public places.
At the airport, it is programmed to give the entire details about flight arrivals, departure, PNR status to name a few.
If you feel it is going to be boring, the robot can walk, dance, sing, sit down and respond to any questions in more than 15 languages.
Vijay plans to install these robots in government offices to ease the workload. The robot could also be used for educational purposes and would be capable of meeting shortage of teachers in remote places.
